        We were having trouble finding the right size army cadet boots for our son (size 3/4) and we didn't want to order his first pair online. Staff were helpful on the telephone and even better when we went in to the store. Made sure he got the right boot, the right size and fitting and then helped with some other supplies. Result was one very happy cadet and a better informed parent! Thanks for your help and advice. G
