Superb! Fantastic firm, super service and friendly and knowledgeable. I hired them and was told my plans would take 10-14 days, and they arrived 5 days later! And they were just what I wanted, the extra space and the remodel of the kitchen / dining into a modern, open-plan space perfect for us as a family and for when friends come round. The panoramic doors really make the garden an extension of the living .. perfect! Ive already recommended to friends and to family .. would definitely use again. Thank you

We agreed that architect will do a job: drawing and support to get approve from council for planning warranty, all paper work for council. sign agreement, paid as been agreed , architect sent drawings to Council. No updated council from 10th of November Council is waiting some updates for this application form, to update a point .Architect no responding, trying to contact him, and asking him for updates, but keep saying busy, meeting, need to see it a email, after week or couple days all over again. When I said its enough, he start saying he will do it by end off week. But I don't believe anymore. Asking for refund of money, and again no answer from this company. I am complaining about this company to some org. Please be aware and avoid this company if you want to save money and time and your mental health.
