Iain provided an exceptional service throughout our double storey extension project and made the whole process really easy for us. We started talking to Iain about various ideas before deciding what we wanted to do and he was very helpful. We also met with another architect before engaging Architectural Plans Ltd and we chose Iain because he was able to help us achieve want we wanted within our budget. He is very knowledgeable, gives excellent advice and always had time to chat about the project. I would 100% recommend Iain and we are looking forward to working with him on future projects.

Excellent professional service, carried out a full survey of my property at short notice for a late completion certificate, which was granted by Glasgow City Council. I highly recommend Architectural Plans.

Like many other people we were trying to find an architect for our extension.We were recommended Iain from Architectural Plans by a friend who had recently used him. We had a fairly good idea what we wanted and with Iains input he changed a few things around and we are very happy with the end result. We wanted a rear and partial side extension and a roofline which would not obscure our back bedroom window and would have as little impact on our neighbours as possible. The result is we have a great extra living space with a good size shower room and utility room. Iain took full advantage of the extra ceiling height in all rooms and we now have a combed ceiling in our living space with French doors making it a fantastic extra living space. We would definitely recommend Iain.

So happy that we decided to work with Iain Penman for our extension, he listened to what we needed/wanted to achieve from the extension and came up with the perfect plans for us, giving us a large kitchen with dining area etc, large utility room with area for grooming our dogs which was very important for us and a workshop/garage. The work is now well on the way and the whole process has been a pleasure. Our neighbours are impressed by what is being built and asked us who did our plans, we had no hesitation in recommending Iain and they wasted no time in contacting him.
