I asked NVDC to help us design an extension to the side of our house. Very happy with the process and the now complete extension!

The scope of our current project includes the removal of an internal load bearing wall, an extension to the kitchen space and widening of a south-facing in aperture to allow for installation of bifold doors. Having contacted and met with number of Architects we felt Farahbod of NVDC was the right fit for us and our project. Prior to having NVDC involved in our project we werent sure if we required architectural services. After our first meeting with Farahbod, our ignorance became clear. Farahbod and his team have lead us on the path of least resistance through the whole process, from the initial design stage right through to delivery of both planning and building warrant. Excellent communication, punctual delivery of services and very accommodating. I highly recommend the architectural services of Farahbod and the NVDC team for your residential project.
