I paid to this architect to handle my business and home applications to two different councils. The business building warrant was never completed and I've had to use another architect, costing me more, to have the job done properly. The house application was never completed either and we had to us an alternative agent too. It was impossible to contact him, after a point, he never replied to emails or phone calls. Definitely avoid.
