We employed Unit 5 architects to design and project manage two extensions on one property. You have heard the expression cowboy builders, think cowboy architects.
Lies, lack of professionalism, really poor knowledge, poor build quality, going on holiday on crucial parts of the build all ended up in extensions that just are not finished properly.
Amongst the problems we have are:
Drains that smell that didnt before the extension
Tiled floors that move
Lights not working
Cracked tiles
Doors that stick
Walls outside that are permanently stained
They have shown no interest in finishing the job and walked off it. Do not use Unit 5 Architects you have been warned.
