Excellent service by Jodie, tasty food, good music. Ribs and sweetcorn were lovely. Parking: Parking close by.

Sadly some of the food wasn't great. Worst quesadilla I've ever had. Gave feedback to the waiter, Ali, who spoke to his manager. She discounted 5 off the bill without even speaking to us which was not the best customer service. She then came over with the bill, apologised but I didn't feel she dealt with it well. I'd rather she listened to why we weren't happy and not just assumed that flinging a fiver at it would sort it. Disappointing especially when it was overpriced in the first place.

We booked a table in advance to celebrate our sons 10th Birthday. We were allocated a table that was dirty, chairs were sticky and floors coated in grease. The menus were dirty and I was worried about touching anything. It all felt really unclean. The sauces on the tables were dirty and their lids left open from the previous customers. Food arrived with missing orders and a very tired looking side salad. No urgency or apology. Drink refills were non existent as the staff member we approached about refills kept passing the buck to whoever they could find instead of getting our drinks organised. The birthday chant that wed requested was very half hearted. Staff very uninterested with no enthusiasm to engage with customers. I would highly recommend NOT visiting TGIS at Glasgow Fort. This used to be a great place with friendly and enthusiastic staff and great food. It now has no atmosphere and staff who really do not want to be there. This, along with the cleanliness of the restaurant is the reason for this 1star review. As a family we were very disappointed especially as this was for a special occasion. Overall, poor food, poor service and ridiculously overpriced.
