I have been receiving acupuncture and acupressure along with herbal medication for insomnia for the last month. I have to say that almost immediately my sleep improved and this has impacted on my emotional, mental and physical well being as previous to this I was just too tired to enjoy life. After 6 sessions the spring in my step has returned and I am able to enjoy life, participate and enjoy my usual activities such as walking and cycling. I have much more energy as my yin and Yang become more balanced. I would definitely recommend Dr Alan as he is a very kind man with a wealth of knowledge. Anyone who is frightened of needles, this was not painful at all, in fact it was a very relaxing experience.

I have been suffering from Prostatitis (An infected/ enlarged Prostate) for around 3 months. When I was eventually diagnosed, I was given a 4-week course of antibiotics. This did help but I was still in a lot of pain and struggling with the toilet. My wife suggested that I consider Chinese medicine. I was slightly sceptical at first but, Doctor Hu made me feel really comfortable and was very informative and positive that he could help my condition. After around 6 weeks of taking Chinese Herbs and a course of acupuncture, I am practically pain free and are no longer having the issues that were keeping me from leading a normal live. I have been attending Alan for acupuncture for arthritis in both my knees the pain was severe after my treatment my pain is much better Alan also gave me herbal medicine to take this is very important to take . From the minute you go through his door you are made very welcome and put at ease I would highly recommend you visit this lovely man .thank you Alan I am now able to walk much further with my dog

I recently had a number of acupuncture sessions as well as herbs to detox . I found Dr Alan extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. I had extremely dry ears and after seeing chemist , nurse , doctor, eventually after the acupuncture there is a big difference and generally my overall wellbeing has improved
