        Taxi to Girvan train station pre-booked the day before traveling only for it to not turn up. Called up to be told it wasn't put in their book. This caused us to miss the Girvan to Glasgow train and onward travel from Glasgow to London. Highly unprofessional, costly and inconvenient.
