        The premises are filthy and dingy. Staff unfriendly, owner is arrogant and argumentative. Tried to refuse our NHS voucher when we went elsewhere for spectacles due to the horrific prices. 199.00 for varifocals...not including cost of frame!.... Never see my custom again!
