This is the second time in 6 months that I have used Parcels Please to send a large parcel overseas and I cannot praise them highly enough. It was cheaper to use Parcels Please than going direct to the carrier, and also they provide very comprehensive tracking which I have never had with any other broker or carrier. Its worth mentioning that some parcel delivery companies are very poor and I no longer use DHL because of all the delays and problems I have had where they have either not picked up the parcel at all or it was delayed. As long as you have a reliable carrier (like UPS) and a good broker like Parcels Please then the process is very efficient! I will definitely be using them again.

If I could give no stars I would have .As soon as I realised the vendor was using this company and Sendle I knew it was hopeless. I received an email on Saturday morning informing me delivery was not made and a card was left,as per many reviews I have read no card was left .in the same email I was informed I had five days to organise redelivery using information on a never received card. Consumer affairs will be my next stop

Have been brilliantly helpful to me for years, when I lived abroad and living in the UK. I use only them as it's much easier than dealing directly with UPS. They are unfailingly polite and do their best to resolve any issues beyond their control, with the couriers. Highly recommended.

I used them at Christmas and thought their service was very good and efficient. However at the end of January I got a phone call demanding more money because they said the parcels were bigger and heavier than I had said. I will never use them again. I think its completely dishonest to demand more money sometime after the event when the evidence is no longer there.

Fantastic service! Shipped a portable ballet/exercise barre- long - thin box (14 pounds). It was picked up in Dallas,Texas on Friday - late afternoon and delivered to London address early Monday afternoon. Will use this service again.
