The wood burns cleanly (is that a word?) and the fire need cleaned much less than when burning wood from other suppliers, and the scent is pleasant, with the aromatic smoke that is produced.
Their customer service is second to none. From the admin staff in the office to the delivery service, they are very attentive to their customers and go out their way to ensure high levels of customer satisfsction. As we know, no one gets everything right every time, but the team at PWR address issues immediately and ensure customers are satisfied with resolutions.
