Unable to get a hold of anyone at the clinic! I had my consultation virtually through lockdown so had to wait for restrictions to ease before being able to book in. When lockdown lifted, I was told there might be an appointment available but they would need to check with the doctors schedule before confirming. That appointment has come and gone and my calls, voicemails and emails via the contact form on their website go unanswered. Frustrating as the procedure I am after requires time off so I actually swapped shifts around in the hopes that appointment would proceed and then didn't even get a follow up call saying they could not make it work. It has now been 2+ months of me trying to contact the clinic to no avail. A shame as the team did seem lovely when I was able to get through previously.
