not worth a rub this cowboy outfit if you do find you property is serviced by this company don't, steer clear of them they a money grabbing company who give little back my service charge has gone up quality of service has gone down I don't usually write on reviews and air my greviances but this company has push me to the limits I'm telling you now so you don't make the same mistake,if I know now what I know back then I would of not of made that purchase of this place.

I am pleased to confirm I have had a great working relationship with Nationspaces Developments Ltd over many years as being the Management company of a property I owned. I have found the team supportive and understanding regarding any issues with my property, I have recently sold my property ending a first name based working relationship with the team which has lasted over 20 years.

Like many others if I could give zero stars if I would. Many of us on our estate have been fighting with this company for several years. Appalling service provided, we pay for maintenance services that are never provided. They threaten very quickly when you don't pay but routinely ignore e mails and letters. Never phone back when you leave messages and are rude and aggressive on the phone when challenged. They have a complaints policy listed on their website that they take no notice of whatsoever. They refuse to supply invoices and copies of the accounts to prove the work they claim they do is being paid for. Their other little tactic is to claim that you are the only person complaining despite the fact that we all know that's not the case. I would describe what they do as bordeline fraud by charging for services that are never delivered. I've never dealt with a company so underhand.
