No one wants to go out in the pouring rain to get to the post office for 8.30am to return parcels, but the team members here were great. Welcoming, super helpful and fun.

As other reviews this post office staff are shocking !! What happened to being the piller of the community (no pun intended) I rushed over too collect parcel at 5:15pm thinking office was open until 5:30pm my mistake hands up it closed at 5pm ..however the man in store came too the door when I said I thought you were open until 5:30pm he was very defensive and with an aggressive/ attitude tone he said no we close at 5pm were does it say we close at 5;30pm go show me ..I was taken aback and said to him you have the worst attitude and are very defensive to which he put his phone in my face with the hours of business !! I started to walk away saying I was making a complaint ..Then a girl came forward and is now out in the street with me ..shouting listen we have been here since 7;30am we have had no toilet or tea break we want to go home ..by this time Im speechless and walk away as shes still shouting well dont listen then ..make your complaint !! NO WORDS !!
