Rude and felt I was a nuisance. Not helpful

If I could have given no stars If I could have given no stars, I would have. I placed an order on Mon 10/10/22 (online) ready for collection 11/10/22. I went to the pharmacy on Thursday 13/10/22 to collect. I had to be checked over to ensure I was eligible for the medication. I then waited a further 20 mins for the prescription. I asked the server how much longer it was going to be (I was working). I then overheard her colleague say, I have not checked the online prescriptions. We dont have that in, thats a fridge item. The server advised I should come back, no apology for my wasted time or failure in communication. I went back yesterday, Monday 17/10/22 to collect the prescription. After standing waiting for 25 minutes I asked what was taking so long. Were really busy was the response said in a curt tone. Whilst waiting I witnessed the server being abrupt and rude to other customers. I asked why my prescription was taking so long and explained over two days I had stood in there for over 50 mins, this time the pharmacist responded. He said they were really busy. (I too am really busy. I had taken time off my work to collect my prescription!) I told him my frustration came from a lack of communication. I was standing for all that time and if I had not enquired as to why, I felt as though I would have stood there all day. I also explained about my experience on Thursday. I told him I have had this prescription previously and collected it from Boots without any issue. He did apologise for my wait but added further frustration by saying it was a high value item which would not be ordered in until he was sure I met the criteria, as he did not want to be left with the product! He also explained, Boots own the company who produce the item which is why they carry stock! It was not just what he said but how he said it. I have had this prescription before luckily, as the pharmacist omitted to tell me this medicine should be taken at the same time everyday, and MUST be stored in the fridge. Despite living around the corner from this pharmacy, I shall never go there again. Judging by their trust pilot rating, I would suggest Im not the only one.
