Such a shame to have to leave a bad review for a small business, although I cant imagine theyll be in business for long if their customer service is always like this. Initial signs were good - liked their model of recommending and trying on frames rather than having them all on the walls, and the prices are very fair. Unfortunately downhill from there. Told the glasses would be 2 weeks, from previous experience its usually 3 so wasnt bothered when it was a bit later. Several phone calls and 5 1/2 weeks later finally had then. From then it got worse - focus on glasses not right and months spend trying to get them sorted. They simply dont bother to phone you, seeming to just ignore you and hope you go away. Eventually I am fed up and need to go to another optician and get glasses and pay all over again. Completely useless, I would suggest avoiding.

Eye test fine rest of service terrible. Thought I would use this local opticians.sorry I did. Booked an eye test 2 weeks before xmas 2021 and all was fine. Was told might get my glasses before xmas all going well, this was not to be. January came and 3 phone calls to the practice no response, eventually they got back to me saying there had been a problem with the couriers and new glasses on order. Now February and again 3 phone calls before they even think about replying. Glasses fall apart so take back for repair. Again, very poor communications promised phone calls never materialise and Ive now finally got my glasses 12 weeks after my eye test
