        I bought my (now fianc) an engagement ring from Bercotts and we are both absolutely delighted with the end result. I went in to see them without much knowledge or experience around engagement rings and received a very professional, helpful and friendly service. David was really helpful when it came to design and kept me regularly updated throughout the process. I can tell they take great pride in their work and it is easily discernible in the jewelery they produce. We will certainly be returning in the near future for our wedding rings!
