only use if you know that your property will sell no problem. Great that they do home report for free (and I was happy with this service) but the estate agent does very little. Not replying to emails for days, never available in the office, noone at the office knew what was going on there. Unprofessional. The only thing they did was putting up the add on rightmove and zoopla , had no floor map but I paid extra for it. Rubbish service but good price. Your choice :)

I used FPS to sell my house. Tracey there was more than helpful. She listened to me, offered advice when needed and was always available to take a call or phoned me right back. I couldn't praise her highly enough for her professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. The house was on the market for just a couple of weeks before it sold. In that time a large number ofor people showed interest and viewings were arranged at a time convenient for me. As a direct comparison, Countrywide in Denniston were a total disaster. They marketed the house for six months and couldn't sell it. This was clearly nothing to do with the house as it sold in two weeks with FPS. The hoyse was in great condition and of good proportions. Countywide told me lies, damaged the property, lied about the lies and neglected my wishes repeatedly. Furthermore, they billed my for some 1500 for this awful treatment and threatened legal action if I didn't pay. You can read my review of them on here. The way countrywide and FPS conducted themselves couldn't be more different and I couldn't recommended FPS enough. Oh, and my FPS bill was only 500, 1/3 of the price countrywide charged. It's a no brainer, right?
