        Never experienced anything like this council before! Very strange set up. From the very bottom to the very top there is a culture of complacency, believing they know best, nothing is ever resolved, lied on several occasions, toxic. I have a on going case with the information commissioners office involving many staff members tbc. Let's leave it there for now.
