        A fab and friendly Pilates class to join, perfect for beginners and also intermediate level. I always leave the class feeling great and have definitely noticed a improvement in my lower back stiffness and posture.

        I joined Ginas Pilates online beginners class last year at the start of lockdown.I have never looked back. The benefits both physically and mentally have been great. Gina explains and demonstrates all the moves so patiently and clearly. Always with a smile! Cant recommend enough.

        My husband and I have have been going to Gina's classes for 5 years now. Gina is a great teacher and the class has a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Oh, and I can stand on one leg now without falling over!!!
