Caesar salad drenched and lacking the balance/touch to make this classic work. Other salads and food ordered suffered same fate.all the ingredients seemed good quality just not put together well. Pricing was reasonable.service was good.staff very nice.

My husband and I had a delicious meal here. Venison carpaccio followed by fish and chips and lamb rump. All perfectly executed and delicious for a reasonable price. Recommended

Went in looking for a table for two last night at 8pm, not dinner time. Was informed they were fully booked, which was a complete lie as the place was basically empty, only a few tables had people at it. The whole establishment came across like they don't like out of towners. Luckily we went to the Masonic Arms further down the road which was very welcoming and had great food.

I would give 0 stars if possible, staff weren't very welcoming. My husband and I went in and refused a table being told they were fully booked when we could clearly see it was mostly empty with lots of unoccupied tables.
