The room felt neglected. There was a build up of dust behind the door evidently pushed back each time it was opened. The bed was lacking comfort. In our 2 night stay the bed was not straightened or towels refreshed after the first night. The towels themselves were abrasive.
All of this I would have been accepted at a low price point but we were charged 80 per night.
Id score 5 for the welcome and hospitality but the rest drags the score right down.
