Peter has been so helpful in regards to planning for a conversion in our house. I had no idea where to start but he was able to talk me through the entire process in a way that I understood enabling me to make informed decisions. Made it all very easy and stress free for which Im very grateful. Communication was perfect and Peter answered all my questions promptly, and kept us up to date with regards to submissions and approval of planning permission and building warrants. Peter was an absolute joy to work with from the very first conversation we had.
