Ive only ever reviewed one shop of this kind because it was so amazingly brilliant. Unfortunately Im reviewing this because it was so outstandingly bad. I wont be mean. Illl stick to the facts. The staff- polite but sullen. Poor interaction with me (the customer), held a conversation with the other server during our whole visit. Around 15 ice cream flavours? Poorly displayed labels in tiny writing. Shop felt very cluttered with too much going on to properly see range of products. The claustrophobic feeling of the shop was not helped by the cramped seating area around which some boys waited for an order placed before we arrived. Took length of our visit to make a milk shake. Price was reasonable. We asked for our tubs of ice cream packaged to take home. The tubs were covered with cellophane. No lids No spoons. No bags. However, I have a well developed Scots tolerance for rubbish service, whatever. But honestly, the ice cream was not good. Neither of the 3 of us ate it, 4 different flavours. Despite it being only shop of its kind within easy reach for us, we will not waste our money again.
