        Disgraceful service. And from the other reviews I see it's not an isolated incident, probably the same bitter, ill mannered member of staff. Some people should not work with the public. If you want to be told to go to the back of the queue for mistakenly standing 1 metre to the left of where they want you to this is for you. Like a nasty school ma'am of yesteryear! Even told me to complain to head office in a snarly way! Head office are clearly ineffective but will be hearing from me none the less.
