We just came from Kelso to Galashiels for some polish tomatoes, called the guy who always answers the phone asking him to hold on for a few minutes and he did not want to tell whoever was working on that shift to wait for us. Funny enough we were there at exactly 17:00 their closing time but the shop was already closed! It's the second time this happens when going to a polish shop! Why don't they care about their customers...? There are customers who don't live locally... travel a long distance to get to their shop and they are just careless!!! Well you also lost another customer! Very disappointed!!
