Simply Jikiden Reiki

I have been attending Gisela for weekly Jikiden Reiki sessions since earlier this year on the recommendation of a friend. At the time I started my treatment I was suffering from burnout symptoms and associated anxiety and depression. I approached the sessions with an open mind but some trepidation as I'd never experienced a 'hands-on' treatment, even in the form of a massage. However, the deep sense of relaxation, yet total awareness, that I have and continue to experience in each session has been a revelation to me. I can go in thinking 'I'll not achieve that sense of relaxation today as it's been too hectic', but within minutes of the session it's as if a switch has been flicked. I also have an auto-immune condition and my treatment has currently changed focus to work on supporting this. It truly is a wholistic person treatment provided by a caring and compassionate practitioner. Try it!

I cannot recommend Simply Jikiden Reiki enough! I was referred to Gisela by a Hypnotherapist colleague and over the last year I have benefitted from receiving reiki and have also now fully trained in the practice and use it in my daily life for health maintenance and enhancement (alongside offering to friends and family). I have a specific injury stemming from back surgery which is 10yrs old and includes nerve damage - causing numbness to my footand today, I now have sensation back where before there was none. Affirming and empowering - please please give Simply Jikiden Reiki a visit and experience the power of an amazing practice for yourself.

My Jikiden reiki sessions with Gisela have always been extremely empowering and I find that they increase my self awareness and help me to work through what ever I bring to each session. She always provides a safe and accepting space for me to explore my thoughts and feelings and I find this gives me much needed clarity away from outside noise. Reiki has helped me find true relaxation when my anxiety is at an all time high.. Gisela is dedicated to helping to pinpoint where you need help, and how to keep healthy mentally and physically outside of her practice. I couldnt recommend Gisela and reiki enough!

The Reiki I have experienced from Gisela has been absolutely life changing. It is such a gentle form, and though on the face of it, it is difficult to comprehend how it works, it is brilliant for both the physical and mental. My menopausal symptoms have been hugely relieved, and stress and anxiety has been lifted and/or shifted. I run my own business and this has been a crucial part of my weekly routine. I also know from personal experience that this works well for young people with anxiety and any physical ailments that are caused by crippling anxiety. I have found this such a gentle life-changing practice that I have also learned how to practice this myself, which has helped me to support my family and friends when needed. I absolutely whole heartedly recommend Simply Jikiden Reiki, and any money spent is money saved in other areas of your life. Which I can guarantee will be a longer one!
