Been refused service twice, because as manufacturer of products trying to post I've been told that apparently they not been posted in original retail packaging, even tho as manufacturer we dictate what is retail packaging and everything is posted in retail packaging but manager arrogant and said he needs someone call him to tell him otherwise. Does he really needs his hand held by Area Manager or someone, to actually do job he is getting paid to do and provideservice I've been getting in Edinburgh for past 2 years without any issues? Pathetic

The fact that they ignore the phone is extremely frustrating. Arent they being paid to do exactly that and handle peoples post? I just dont get where the entitled idea that you should just be paid to do nothing comes from.

I had several (heavy) parcels to post at Christmas to Germany and all of the staff who dealt with me were really friendly and especially patient as I had to go back and forth with parcels to repack and change round some bits to get them sent. Particularly given all of the restrictions in place and the busy Christmas period I can imagine they haven't had the easiest job last year! I am really grateful for all their help in making sure my parcels arrived safely and in time for Christmas!!!
