        I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful - it is the 'opening hours' that are beyond any form of practicality most often.

        Arranged a redelivery of parcel to go to channel st post office but no they have tried to deliver at my house again but as im not there when postie comes got another red card. You cant telephone anyone to try and sort problem out. Its about time the office was open for longer so i could collect my parcel 8 til 10 is not long enough. Not happy
