Called them, emailed them, even visited them.....all to no avail. Courteous customer service seems to be an alien concept nowadays. Took my custom to another company who responded to my enquiry quickly and had a representative on site within days.

I had a problem with my chimney in the high winds. All the cement had came of and was issue for concern to my neighbours children. They came out first thing in the morning and cleaned it of my roof I can't thank them enough. Cheers guys.

It seems almost impossible to get a roofer to respond when you'd like them to but Jimmy Graham has called me back same day on two occasions. He got the 'emergency' job done before the next rain was due and thankfully all seems good now. The cost was reasonable too. There are more repairs required and I hope Jimmy will be able to fit me in for these too - awaiting quotes now. (I am glad I ignored the bad reviews and took a punt on this company.)
