        SBHA is a shambles. Worst housing association I've ever had the displeasure to come across. The staff are rude, the houses are run down. If you ever need a repair or pest control or anything then good luck. Go with eildon or Waverly, they may have fewer properties but at least they don't look like they belong in war torn Syria

        Constant noisy building works in apartment blocks, bins overflowing , litter all over shared garden area and dog mess in garden area. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed that they let people live in these conditions.
