Extremely disappointing with the service form this agency. We had booked 2 viewings of the property to sell. ( 12.40p.m. and 1.00 p.m. the same day, the same time, the same city, the same person from agency to show - Amy, I have 2 writing conformation about the viewings) First viewing - no one turn up. Second - no one turn up. When I phoned. I was told, in disrespectful way, that the second property is sold and the first they can show me later. Non explanation, no apologies. Later on I got an email that property is sold and they can show me the other. Again, no apologies or explanation at all. Wasted time and nerves. Never was treated in this unprofessional way. I feel sorry for the seller of this flat. Loosing client only because the agency is completely unprofessional.
