        Fine to shop here unless you get served by the younger woman who you'll find sat on her phone when you walk in. She shows you've inconvenienced her by yawning and rolling her eyes and huffing when she's wrote the order number wrong. Very rude and shouldn't have a job in customer service.

        I tried to redeem two 10 eGift vouchers yesterday and the young girl said one was invalid and the other only has 1 left in it so I had to pay for items by my debit card. I tried online today and the vouchers were accepted no problem! I think you need to instruct the Galashiels staff as she was a bit dim!
