        Spoke to a very nice man who said to email my request for a replacement front door. I did but there's been no response. I'm disappointed as I've heard many good reports about this company. I know it's difficult at present but a simple "thanks for contacting us" would have been appreciated. Perhaps my email went off into the stratosphere?

        New windows and doors fitted quickly and efficiently. The service, price, attention to detail and customer relations, all second to none. They completed the whole job in a day and a half. I can't recommend Thermo-glaze highly enough.
