I have been using this take away for years and regularly. The food was always fresh and great. The staff very friendly and even know its me when I call. Unfortunately, tonight I called for a pick up and our experience was disappointing. They were very busy tonight and I was completely happy to wait an hour before collection. However, when I got back, my fathers chicken breast curry was very undercooked. The chicken was still pink and cold in the middle. Mistakes happen, but when he called to tell dragon house that this had happened he was told that the chicken was new and that it would be fine to eat. Pink chicken is not safe to eat under any circumstances. This advise is why I am writing this review. We had a member of staff come to the door with a refund which is well received but the advise was repeated that the chicken is new and fine to eat. Undercooked chicken is dangerous! Mistakes happen, even in the best establishments but this response is concerning.
