Today I visited here for the first time for lunch with 2 friends. The lady serving me was extremely friendly, as was I to her. I ordered the 'classy' panini that was supposed to have chicken, pesto, cheddar and I think tomato. The lady was very keen to tell me to enjoy this after she gave me it (after two of my friends who ordered after me - so I thought mine maybe had required extra effort). I got back to work and my panini had apple sauce/apple pie filling along the inside half and on the outside half there was processed turkey or chicken slices, spinach and what I think was brie. What a ridiculous combo that was obviously given to me as a practical joke. Unfortunately I didn't find this very funny or enjoyable and frankly ruined my lunch - why could I not just have been given what I ordered and paid for?? They had the opportunity to wow me with a lovely lunch but instead I've ended up really annoyed - is that what you want for your customers? During my visit I was really taken with the customer service but this has ruined mine and my friends impression of this place and we won't be returning. To be honest a refund for today's lunch would be the least of what I'd expect from this place.

Very friendly staff and so kind to our dog - gave him a bowl of water and some plain chicken chunks Very reasonable prices too. Vegetarian options: Daughter had the vegan burger which she really enjoyed.

Kid-friendliness: My grandson was 13 months old and they were fine with him toddling around the cafe. No highchair so be prepared for this. Parking: Parking free at Tesco's which is a minute walk away
