I was cycling Lands end to John o groats about a week ago. I had problems with my gear change and was unable to solve it myself at the side of the road. Graham was fantastic. He found and sorted the problem pretty quickly. He saved my trip. He was obviously busy, but dropped everything to help me out. We had a good chat about cycling and it is obviously his passion. I am so grateful he sorted me out, but more than that he knows his stuff. Thank you
