        Absolutely top quality customer service from Margaret, Gillian and team. Have needed the help & expertise of TSB staff to assist with completing Guardianship order and enquiries from DWP for my mum who has dementia. The support I have received has been amazing.

        The staff at this branch couldnt be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for Fiona who answered our questions clearly and patiently when registering our POA for our mum. The standard of service in the Galashiels branch in comparison to the Penicuik branch was like night and day. (See my previous review).
