        The fish is good, well filleted, well packaged and delivered by DPD who seem determined to deliver late. Usually the box passes our front door 2-3 times before we get it. Then you can't talk to DPD or Fishbox. Today I sent 2 messages 1 email and 10 attempts to contact them. Zero response.

        Terrible delivery service for a fresh food box with a red sign that clearly says "Must be delivered today". In the last 8 months, these boxes have never made it to the actual flat that ordered them, and always sit in the lobby - heating up throughout the day. We have an elevator so it is not that much more effort to go upstairs and deliver it to the flat directly.
