We bought a kitchen and appliances from Howdens just three years ago. Our fridge freezer recently stopped working. After speaking to Howdens explaining that we would be coming back to them to install a new kitchen in our newly bought house, I wondered if they could help us out this was there response Fridge freezers nowadays are like buying cars, you never know if you will get a good one, its a bit of luck sorry Howdens, but if its by luck and not guarantee that we will get a decent product I think we will go elsewhere. A fridge should not be breaking after a couple of years of use.
