This is the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to purely because of the receptionists. A close relative of mine was spoken down too just for asking about a mistake that was made by the surgery. It was awful to see my close relative be spoken to like she was some monster just because she kindly asked about a mistake.

The receptionists are the most rudest people I have ever spoken to they tell you to phone at 8 oclock to get an appointment you spend all morning on the phone trying to get through to them they tell you no more appointments left phone again tomorrow been 5 days I've been trying to get appointment every time phone again tomorrow you don't even get a chance to explain why your phone I don't need an emergency appointment so why would I need to phone a 8 in the morning to get an emergency appointment when it's not an emergency appointment I need.. and side note to receptionists it none of your business why I need to talk to the doctor your not a doctor..
