Recently bought a 2011 VW camper van from here and been pleasantly surprised. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Murray Motors and been very happy with the overall service both pre and post sale. When I went out to view it there was no pressure and sales guy was very relaxed and allowed me to look over the vehicle and take out for a test drive around the local area. Got what I felt was a fair price for my old car as part exchange and deal done. They helped me get everything sorted from tax to moving my private plate off my old car onto my camper. A few weeks after I noticed a few issues and did think, oh no, here we go with the fight of what is or isnt covered under warranty, but I had none of that. They were super nice, got it booked in, gave me a hire car and fixed everything. Not even fixed, but actually replaced parts when other garages Ive bought from I know would have just done a temp fix until hoping it lasts until out of warranty. Not only did they fix the issues I found but even helped by fitting new mud-flaps which I couldnt get on and didnt charge me where I know other places would have. Im realistic and know theres always going to be something needed on a used vehicle but was impressed with how easy it was to get in touch and have the issues fixed. In the past Ive found many used car dealerships are fine until Ive handed over my cash and then the service drops. Not so here and found their after sales excellent. Id definitely buy from here again.

Went in with full intention of purchasing a car. Was refused a test drive but told I was allowed to look at the vehicle... would avoid.

Was there just not long ago. Amazing. What can i say. I was going to pennan just to have nice family day from Aberdeen. Almost at Fraserburgh my front tyre flat. Put on spare tyre after check i knew my other front tyre will go aswell. After quick call and lovely respond from lady i was there in 5min. Service provided quick with no issues. Well done. Would definelty go back for other jobs aswell. Always happy with polite , nice people.

Amazing job. Diesel fuel filter was leaking. Took my van in and replaced and changed hoses within a few hours even though they were really busy. Much appreciated. Great garage, highly recommend.
