They had just had a change of staff so the online menu vs what was available were very different. Good food and great service but had been excited by the online menu and just had fairly regular choices in real life so a little disappointed.

Really disappointed with the grilled burger meal. At 9.50 for a takeaway, it was not value for money at all. For the price and given the reviews, I expected a gourmet style burger with quality hand cut chips. A bit of fresh lettuce maybe a slice or two of fresh tomato and red onion, and the option of a little relish on a nicely toasted fresh burger bun. The reality was the equivelant to what my son had ordered from a local chippie. The toasted bun was actually a non-toasted morning roll filled with a mediocre burger (like what you would expect from a burger van), a little bit of limp lettuce and a slice of bacon. The chips were nothing special either. I've not been as disappointed with a meal in a long time, sorry guys but it just didn't live up to the standard displayed on your website or indeed the price tag for a takeaway.

It's beautiful hotel lovely room very comfortable and clean can't comment on food as restaurant closed only stopping for one night so ate at a local pub really enjoyable stay
