        Extremely poor installation ended up having them back on multiple occasions to rectify the issues and still after all this my flue leaks. Im now faced with getting another company in to rip out what Stove Experiences fitted and install it correctly. They cemented my flue instead of bolting it and after a few months the cement failed and the flue leaked and I was left with an unsafe installation yet again. In the shop they are nice people however there installations are poor and bodged. In the future I will be using a registered Hetas company instead.
