So I ordered from here at 10:40 on justeat received a notification food was on the way at 11:08. now the shop is only 8 mins away so to my calculations it should have been here around 20 past. Yes I know they may have other orders to deliver that may be closer so this was my thinking as time went on I decided to phone the restaurant 15 times may I add with no reply. The delivery showed up (eventually) Moving on to the food Now in fairness it wasnt great but it wasnt bad either once I yes I took it out the oven. As it arrived freezing cold Giving this place 1 star review isnt worth it. CHEF AND MANAGER IMPROVE We also run good food review on Facebook with over 600k people following us WE WILL BE POSTING THE REVIEW ON RHERE

Absolutely shocking got 2 baked potatoes not microwaved potatoes undercooked and soggy. Charged 17 I wont spend another penny in this shop avoid people..

If I could rate it 0 I would. Have had enough of this place, 3 separate occasions now the food we have ordered has been beyond shocking and the customer service when you complain or ask about it is abysmal. First time it was a munchie box which was not filled at all and there was gaps all over etc was told he would sort it next order he wasn't sending driver back unless we paid. This time we ordered the euro combo box and again it was an absolute joke virtually empty, handful of chips, 2 chicken straps, popcorn chicken was a joke, 1 jalapeo popper uncooked, and maybe 2 worth of other chicken items. We were charged 11 for this and quite easily we could have went to aldi/Lidl with 3 and got more for our money. Again called up no help whatsoever and basically told that's what you get and he will check it next time no apologies nothing. Attitude and service is shocking
