        This practice does everything in it's power to prevent you seeing a doctor, constantly fobs you off and gets you to see a nurse instead. On the one occasion I stood my ground and finally got a doctors appointment, the doctor phoned in sick.......pretty much given up trying to get any health care in Shotts now........ Edit:I've had to downgrade my score further, no response to requests for health support after testing positive for COVID.

        people need gto get a grip ,these folk are working in difficult times even hospitals are a 10 hr waiting time would be better if the moaners and experts set up there own practise

        You NEVER get to see a doctor, it's all done via the internet and email. I've waited over 10 days to get a reply through ask my GP, not good enough

        First time attending burnbrae & I had a really positive experience. I seen a nurse named Sinead & she was amazing at her job, compassionate and caring. I felt like she done everything she could for me at my appointment.
