        Had a fuel today about 4:15 am. I WAS shocked with the way the old lady at the cashier treated me because I usually get perfect service here!!!! When I showed my BP keyfab for her to scan she said" pick it up and scan it I don't touch keys!! I didn't ask her to touch my keys she could just tell me to raise it to the scanner!! After paying I asked her if she added my fuel on bill and respond was aye and rudely,,,,,, yes that's why it was so much. Will avoid this garage for next time even I commute this route every day. I can't believe this. Very disappointed with M&S

        The toilet looked and smelled absolutely vile, and obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time. On that basis alone, I'd probably think twice about buying any food from the shop.

        Nice clean toilets. Decent range of sandwiches in the meal deal and friendly staff. HGV parking is a bit haphazard but other than that, it's a nice place to stop at for a break.
