Arcadia Glamping Cabins

Another fabulous couple of nights in this beautiful hut in the woods. This was our second stay in Halcyon and it has great facilities. Fabulous outdoor bath tub and lovely, large inside shower. We loved sitting by the fire with a glass of bubbly/red wine, listening to the sounds of nature and embracing the tranquillity. The Sculpture trail is a delight to wander around. Only a 20 minute stroll to Drymen with lovely Deli, local pub and caf.

Arcadia was so much more than we could have hoped for. Such a beautiful cosy cabin, a little slice of luxury to give ourselves some well earned R&R. Sue and Rob are fantastic hosts, they definitely made us feel welcome and were so friendly. The welcome pack they left for us was such a lovely little touch to arrive to. The outdoor bath was perfect as was the warm fire we could roast some smores on and keep warm once finished having a blissful soak. The romantic vibe of the place was just the cherry on top as it made my partners proposal so much more special. I would personally give more than 5 stars if I could, I would most definitely recommend this stay to a friend. We will 100% be back.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful part of Scotland. Weather wasn't wonderful but still had a lovely stay, peaceful and tranquil, just what we needed. Only stayed a couple of nights but will definitely be returning in the summer. Stayed in September

Dear Sue and Rob, We were lucky enough to see the Stag, well Stag-beetle who loved the twinkling fairy lights and candles as much as we did. Our whole experience at Elysium has been fantastic, a perfect escape. The cabin is lovingly detailed with artistic touches at every turn. All accompanied by the ever present rush of the Burn. We cant wait to come back again, there is plenty to see and do in the area, three days was a great start but barely scratched the surface of Loch Lomond and the surrounding countryside which is picturesque in the extreme. My wife and I stayed in the Elysium cabin for 2 nights for our 8th Wedding Anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! Sue and Rob have created a nice little escape from everything! It's a perfect way to spend time away with that special someone, we loved every minute of it! Everything you need is there and provided for a self catered escape! The sunken bath on the decking beside the log fire is perfect, we made full use of this in the rain - which is perfect as the canopy over prevents the rain from getting you, you can enjoy the crackling fire, rain and the sound of the burn while you get a nice heat from the bath and the fire and you just chill out. Perfect way to spend our anniversary! The cabin is ideal, it's warm and cozy and has everything you could need! and if you fancy a wee pub lunch/dinner, drymen is only a 5 minute drive up the road! So glad we picked here for our 8th Wedding Anniversary! We'll definitely be coming back!
