I have seen Alan for a few months now and he is a very calm, attentive, amiable person. I had seen a physio elsewhere who thought I was suffering from Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Alan told me I did not have this condition but had something else and thankfully not in a bad state. I also had problems with many muscle groups and he and his student performed massage on many areas using a Theragun. It turns out that I had many trigger points in these muscle groups and he performs dry needling therapy extremely well. Over the course of many treatments, I am getting close to the person I used to be and he has told me the different types of stretches I need to perform to keep on top of the trigger points. Alan has reassured me on many an occasion about concerns I have had with my health and placed me on the right path. He has his patients health at heart as though it was himself and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The clinic is located in the country and very accessible on the outskirts of Balfron having lovely attractive views to the west and north and it is a great place to be. Steve

I came to the Buckingham clinic on a recommendation as I was suffering from acute neck and left side nerve pain. I had received osteopathic therapy from a number of practitioners over the last 25 years plus and I know that the standard can vary, to say the least. Mr Alan Rastelli who operates the Buckingham clinic is one of the most professional therapists I have ever met. After his initial assessment of my problem, he set me on a course of IDD combined with other therapy. From the first session of IDD, the nerve pain I had been suffering from for months was relieved, it was nothing short of miraculous. To be free from the constant pain I had been suffering was amazing. I have been impressed by the professionalism of Alan and the very high standards of the Buckingham clinic as well as grateful for the pain relief. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Buckingham Clinic and Mr Alan Restelli to anyone suffering from back or neck pain. From my own experience you will not regret it.
